Terms and Conditions – zituxefxiad Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the zituxefxiad platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone interacting with any part of the platform.

zituxefxiad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and zituxefxiad.

2. Eligibility

The zituxefxiad platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

zituxefxiad reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided and any deposited funds may be returned at zituxefxiad's discretion after verification.

You are also responsible for ensuring that using an online gaming platform is not prohibited in your personal jurisdiction. zituxefxiad does not make representations about legality in specific locations and accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by the player.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the zituxefxiad platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, a different email address or a different phone number — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, zituxefxiad reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses credited to them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment details you add to your account. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any one-time codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

zituxefxiad may ask you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, after unusual account activity or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the zituxefxiad platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfers, cards and other supported mobile wallets. The list of available methods may vary and is shown in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must be made from payment methods that belong to you personally. zituxefxiad does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as having been made from an account that does not belong to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification requirements have been met. Processing times vary by payment method but most standard requests are completed within the same business day. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier.
• zituxefxiad does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to a method different from the one used to deposit may require additional verification.
• zituxefxiad reserves the right to ask for source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zituxefxiad offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, seasonal promotions tied to cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals, and other special campaigns. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply across all zituxefxiad promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account carry wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is shown in its individual terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• zituxefxiad reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, bonus funds not yet converted to real-money withdrawable balance will be removed from your account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets purely to meet wagering requirements — may result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

6. Gameplay Rules

zituxefxiad offers sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo and other gaming products. Each product category operates under its own set of game rules which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. These game-specific rules sit alongside and are supplementary to these general Terms and Conditions.

For sports betting, zituxefxiad covers cricket including all Pakistan international matches, PSL fixtures, T20 tournaments and other international competitions, as well as football, esports and other sports. Pre-match and in-play markets are available subject to event availability.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault or error during gameplay — including disconnections, software errors or incorrectly displayed odds — zituxefxiad reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the bet or game round is confirmed. Any changes after that point do not affect your bet.
• zituxefxiad may suspend or void markets for any sporting event in the event of match fixing allegations, abandonment, significant rule changes or other integrity concerns.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply per market, per event and per day. These limits are shown where applicable in the betting interface.

7. Responsible Gaming

zituxefxiad is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and keep gaming enjoyable. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

You can access and activate these tools directly from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet or claim bonuses. Any active bonuses will be cancelled at the time of self-exclusion.

8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zituxefxiad platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, identity documents or payment information at any point.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person with the intent to circumvent limits or claim additional bonuses.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, deliberately low-risk wagering patterns, or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live casino games, poker or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme. All suspicious transactions are reported.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any software that automates gameplay or decision-making without human interaction.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Under-age use: Allowing or assisting anyone under 18 to access your account or use the platform in any way.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

zituxefxiad reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.

When an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified where possible. During a suspension, access to deposits, withdrawals, betting and bonuses will be restricted. zituxefxiad will conduct its investigation promptly and communicate the outcome to the player.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to misconduct — for example at the player's own request — the remaining balance after any applicable deductions will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for self-exclusion are processed on the same day they are received.

10. Privacy & Data

zituxefxiad collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes your name, date of birth, contact details, device information and transaction history. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, zituxefxiad shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, server outages or disconnections beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game results caused by data feed failures, where such errors are identified and corrected promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount deposited by you in the relevant transaction.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

zituxefxiad may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment methods, game offerings or operational requirements. When updates are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, zituxefxiad will provide notice through the platform or via the contact details associated with your account. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks.
